Hello Swimmers, Coaches & Parents,

We are pleased to inform you that we are arranging YASHWANTRAO CHAVAN Invitational Swimming Competition – 4th ALL INDIA NATIONAL LEVEL and 4th MAHARASHTRA STATE LEVEL swimming competition, which will be held from 1 May – 3 May 2026 at Shiv Chhatrapati Sports Complex, Mahalunge, Balewadi, Pune, Maharashtra.

Swimmers from all over INDIA can participate in this competition.

Heat List & Swimmer Timing

Swimmers are requested to give their actual timing while filling the online form. Coaches are requested to confirm the timing given by the swimmer.

⚠ī¸ Important: If any false timings are given, the swimmer may be disqualified for all events and no refund will be given of any sort. The organizer will prepare the heat list as per their committee decision and it will be final.
đŸŽ¯ Touch Pad: Touch pads have been arranged for accurate results. In case of technical failure, results will be decided by technical officials. No refund will be given regarding the same.

ℹī¸ Documents Required: (1) Aadhar card is compulsory for online registration. (2) Upload a clear photo of Aadhar card and swimmer's photo.
❗ Name Spelling: Please check your NAME spelling carefully while filling the registration form. The same name will be printed on the swimmer's identity card and certificate. No corrections will be made later.
đŸšĢ No Refund Policy: No refund will be done once payment is accepted. If false documents are submitted, the swimmer will not be allowed to participate and will be disqualified with no refund of any sort.
💡 Payment Note: Once payment is done online, please wait at least one minute for the process to complete and for you to be redirected to the Swimming Hub official portal.

  • E-Participation Certificate (Online) will be issued to all participated swimmers.
  • Medal & Merit Certificate for first three winners – National & Maharashtra State Level.
  • Cash Prize & Trophy for Championships & Head Coach.

Championship Categories: Individual Championship (National & Maharashtra Level) | Group / Club Championship (National & Maharashtra Level). Head Coach of the Overall Champion Club will be awarded.

ℹī¸ In an event if there are less than 3 participants, no medal or merit certificate will be given. Only E-Participation Certificate will be issued.

7:45 AM – 9:00 AM ID collection (if not collected on Day 1)
6:30 AM – 7:30 AM Warm-up session
~2:00 PM – 2:45 PM Lunch break (tentative)
đŸĒĒ ID Card: Please carry original ID proof (Birth Certificate / Aadhar Card / SFI Registration Card – any one) for verification. Swimming Hub ID Card must be carried daily and presented at line-up and whenever asked. Without the ID card, the swimmer will not be allowed to participate. Keep an extra hard copy and also save the ID in your mobile.

Swimmers / Parents are requested to keep their mobile and valuables safely with them. Organisers are not responsible for any loss.
Accommodation & Travel: The swimmer must arrange accommodation and travel on their own. A list of nearby hotels will be shared soon.
Heat list and other details will be updated on the website and WhatsApp group.
The organizer reserves the right to postpone the competition. Under no circumstances shall the organizer be liable for any losses or damages arising from postponement, cancellation, venue change, or events beyond the organizer's control (pandemic, war, fire, national emergencies, etc.).
